Solution
Total shares = 6,00,000
Original shares with Dhiraj = $$\frac{5}{100} \times 600000 = 30,000$$
If Basu offers to sell 15,000 of his shares to Dhiraj,
=> Shares with Dhiraj = 30,000 + 15,000 = 45,000
