If the cost of producing and selling the four products was Rs 10 crores each in 2015 and 2016 then what is the cumulative profit (in Rs Lakhs) earned in the years 2015 and 2016?
Solution
Total revenue in 2015 = 9.5cr
Total revenue in 2016 = 10.75cr
total revenue = 20.25cr
total cost = 20cr
profit = 20.25 - 20 = 0.25cr = 25lakhs
so the answer is option B.
