By the option B,

To interchange the 7 and 4,

$$9 + 4 \times 5 - 18 \div 2 = 3 \times 7 - 10 + 45 \div 5$$
$$9 + 4 \times 5 - 9 = 3 \times 7 - 10 + 9$$
$$9 + 20 - 9 = 21 - 10 + 9$$
20 = 20
$$\therefore$$ The correct answer is option B.
