Rarely Tested

A function $$f$$ is continuous at $$x = c$$ if:
$$ \lim_{x \to c} f(x) = f(c) $$
Requires:
  • $$f(c)$$ is defined
  • Left-hand limit = right-hand limit
  • Limit equals $$f(c)$$
