The CAT 2026 application fee is ₹2,700 for General, NC-OBC and EWS candidates, while SC, ST and PwD candidates have to pay ₹1,350. The application fee is non-refundable.

After the registration window closes, a short CAT 2026 application edit window will be available for eligible registered candidates. Candidates will be able to edit their photograph, signature and test-city preferences.

Along with the registration update, the CAT 2026 exam date remains November 29, 2026. The exam will be conducted in three sessions.
