Which country is best for MBA?

Hi Everyone.
I have 93.5% and 89.5% in 10th and 12th respectively.
I also scored 72.9% in my graduation (B. Tech).
Please suggest me target percentile in CAT 2022 for colleges like SPJIMR, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay and NITIE.
(I am from General category)
