I have completed my bachelors and masters degree in Applied economics with more than 50% however I got an F in a subject(only one subject) in the 2nd year of my Bachelors, yet i passed out with a B altogether. I want to move forward with completing my masters from TISS. Am I eligible for TISSNET?

I have got 62 (slot 3) in CAT(2022) and 244 in NMat. I have graduated this year ,2022. From which colleges can I expect calls with this marks in CAT. My query is what should be my next step. I will also appear for XAT 2023. Should I now focus on XAT, or prepare for Gdpi?. Also, if I clear interview rounds of colleges like Nmims, should I take admission or take a drop and appear for CAT 2023.
