video solution is not opening in windows 8.1 also

Mock video solutions video is showing error to play video and suggesting to use latest chrome version.
But latest chrome firefox or edge version is supported on windows 10+ and some students including me have pc running on windows 7 which is why error is showing.Plz fix it . Provide some solution urgently.
