4 octagonal die(faces 1-8) are thrown together. what is the total number of ways in which the sum of the numbers obtained  on the dice is 25??

In averages test 1, question 5, it is mentioned yearly average as 13.9%. but when it is calculated for 3 consecutive years as mentioned in the question it is not matching the actual value. i think the answer should be 12.3%. Kindly help.
