XYZW is a square and an equilateral triangle AXY is drawn such that A is a point inside the square. What is the angle WAZ in degrees?
A
210
B
175
C
150
D
120
Explanation
Angle XAY is 60 degrees. Angle AXW is 30 degrees. As, XAW is an isosceles triangle, angle XAW equals 75 degrees. Similarly, angle YAZ equals 75 degrees. So, angle WAZ is 360-75-75-60=150 degrees
how can angle xaw be 75 ? if it's an iscoless triangle with both angle 30 then it should be 110? right ? please answer
