anyone who has attempted both dashcats and headstarts , how much lower is it compared to dashcats in terms of difficulty?

My accuracy is getting horrible in VARC, earlier I somehow used to manage 10-15 marks in varc but now it is 40-50 marks in Quants+LRDI and negative/single digit in VARC. Can someone help me with tips and tricks to just clear the section!!!
