Not able to cross 40 in dashkat but scorinng 40to 50 in SIMCAT, what to do next

I am able to do medium to hard level questions in arc but I am putting excessive brain cells in easy varc question in screwing them up what to do ??

There is no conversion formula for CGPA to percentage of my SSC, so as per SNAP application form guidelines for 10gpa its 100%, but its not taking 100 instead it takes it as 10.00 what should i do?
