Can try the IITs. Because it will be difficult to clear sectional cut-offs (VARC) even for new or baby IIMs

You can apply for IIM Rohtak. There are chances for you in getting the call.

IIMs seem to be out of reach due to sectionals. Can try for TAPMI, BIMTECH, FORE, IMI Delhi.
