CAT 95.67 VA 57.77 DILR 99.4 QA 94.38 Good college to apply for?

Can i expect IITS with CAT overall 97.77 (VARC-53,LRDI-97.7,QA-99.4)

CAT OA - 99.41 but VA - 65.48 :(( DILR: 99.51 QA:99.81 Category:NC OBC Engg male acads: 85/80/80
Work experience: 33 months as per cat form

All IIMS except A and K straighaway reject due to VARC Sectional percentile cutoff for OBC.
Any suggestions on college applications? Which are good colleges without sectional cutoff for 99+ percentile OBC candidate?
