I have got 37.15 in XAT 2021, percentile?

needed an advice. I have got 94.25 percentile in CAT(general). IIM rohtak registrations have started but they mentioned an overall selection criteria of 95 percentile for further process. So i wanted to ask that should i apply? Is there any chance that I may get call from them or is it a concrete criteria and there is now way that i am gonna get a call from them?

I got 237 in NMAT(QA-74, LR-87, LS-76) should I retake the test? Can I expect a call from NMIMS Mumbai?
