How can I improve in VARC, My scores in this section are constanly low.

Yes this is very true reading has helped me to the point that I dont need to make small points in order to maintain the gist of the passage. I am currently reading the oped and editorial of the hindu regularly and also the daily article which is posted on cracku. I hope this helps.

try to make short notes on what you read while solving rcs and concentrate on just 2 rcs initially. keep reading from different genres and write too. it will surely help you. also, read and enjoy dont do it just for the sake of scoring, read it and enjoy. hope this will help.

My academics are 10th-5.6cgpa, diploma-7.8cgpa, btech-7.2cgpa..what total marks and percentile should i score for IITs and new IIMs.. i am OBC category candidate..My quants is very weak also please some tips.

If you are an engineer, you will require 98+ percentile overall and if non engineer IITs are tough job but for new IIMs 96.5+ will work. For quants solve all the past year questions and practice as much as you can.
