I started practice session for RC. When I took the 1st test, there was no passage. I was hitting on the link but nothing happened.

How do i solve Syllogism questions?

how can I do well in RCs?? I am very weak at it

Answer provided is D..the reason stated was that as there are two actions being described, we need to use have.But if both actions are considered as a single idea and one complete action, isn't 'has' correct?
the sentence could be re framed as Being an early riser, waking up early and going for a jog has always been very important to me.
Is there anything wrong in this construction?
