Hi, I have got an overall score of 89 but my DILR score is only 16. Can I clear the sectional cutoff of 80% ? Really tensed.

Is it foolish to leave colleges like XLRI,FMS,IIFT,SPJAIN, NITIE, MDI,IIM L,K,I and try for IIM A,B,C next year? Many people screw up cat or miss the call by 0.1 percentile, so should they try again or just get into any good college they are getting? I am genuinely confused about this. There are so many factors and the uncertainty is always there but then again what if you do get into A,B,C next year. What should one do regarding this?
