here it says 40% of those who did not select Response B. which means those who selected Response A && those who did not select either of responses right?
But in the solution, only those who selected Response A is considered. Can anyone explain this please?

In CAT 2023, Slot 1 and Question 31, even D2 is definitely occupied correct? Because we know that D1 is unoccupied so D2 has to occupied as atleast 1 house in column D is occupied. So the answer for this questions is both Option B and Option C. Can you please correct if i am going wrong
