A street food vendor sells Samosas at Rs. 10 per Samosa. On a festival day, he had planned to offer a flat discount of 30% on each Samosa. He would have earned a profit of 40% even after offering the discount. On that day, he prepared a total of 100 Samosas but could sell only 80Samosas because the remaining 20 Samosas were spoiled. How much discount should the vendor now offer so that he will end up making the same amount of profit (in Rs.) that he would have made had he been able to sell all the 100 samosas?
