Apart from 2019 and 2018 why there are no previous year papers other than these i.e 2017, 2016 and so on......for CMAT?

MICAT 2: In Psychometric test where questions have options like 1) Definitely agree 2) Moderately agree 3) Somewhat agree (Same 3 options with disagree) is it important to give extreme answers?(Definitely agree/disagree) I find myself sttling for the midway
