Is there anyone who are not able to solve at least one set in mock? I'm the one person who is facing this, how can I overcome form this problem?

I registered for XAT 2025 Crash Course in August and everything was going fill until evening where I am being shown a blank screen for Schedule & Tasks. I am not being able to watch concept videos. Only mocks are visible. Please help.

Can someone who has improved significantly at LRDI suggest what measures to take in whatever time's left? Struggling to push past 1 complete set in either mocks or sectionals. Thanks.
