I have scored 82.25%ile(72/64.99/92) in CAT from NC-OBC category male engineer with 26 months work-ex. Acads 85.5/72.2/75.2 %. Which IITs shall I apply?

I have scored 78.62%ile in CAT (OBC Category). I've got IIM Rohtak mail. I am confused about should i fill it or not as today is last day to apply. So should i apply by paying 2000? Please help!
