Yes, geometry question might appear in the exam. But mostly questions come from PnC, Probability’s and Arithmetic and 2 sets of quant based DI which can be really doable. I gave NMAT recently hardly geometry questions appeared.

do practical implication of the things u r forgetting, say if you are forgetting a formula in quant then solve some questions by applying that formula,this can help you remember it. see if it works
