Will questions 1-16 in the actual CAT VARC section always be RCs or will RCs be jumbled among the 24 questions? (assuming same pattern as last year and nothing changes drastically)

Not getting good marks in VA part of VARC. doing decent in RCs though. I wish to score great in this section overall. What should I do?
