The trick to solve logical DI's faster is to practice as many logical DI's and being aware with the various patterns present.

The midpoint joining the points given will be ((2+1)/2,(1-3)/2)=(3/2,-1). Try putting these points in the give line equations. Only (ii) satisfies it.

The trick is to look for links between sentences. A sentence elaborating on an idea cannot come before a sentence which introduces that idea.
