Can I take break between the sections during actual CAT? If yes how long? Can get out and have water or use restroom?

No, you are not allowed to take breaks in between the sections. You can only take breaks before or after exam.

No the next section starts as soon as one ends. And only those who have a medical condition will be allowed to use rest room or take a break provided they carry the relevant certificate from a doctor.

Is 2018 lrdi section easier than 2017? Can the level of difficulty be less in coming years or will it maintain the standard of 2017 difficulty level.

Percentile depends heavily on the sample size. Let's say you have a rank of 100 and 1000 people gave the mock then your percentile is 90. But if 10,000 gave the mock and your rank is 100, your percentile is 99. With 2Lakh students appearing for the CAT exam this year, you can expect a significant increase in percentile in the actual examination. No once can exactly predict your score or your percentile. Focus on revising all concepts and formulae. Relax and just have fun out there. Good luck!
