CAT Slot 2, VA 21, DILR 15, QA 23, NC-OBC. Can I expect call from new IIM's?

i have a score VARC- 26, DILR- 32 and QA-31. Which all colleges can I aim at and do colleges have a minimum cutoff for every section? (as I fear I won't be getting good percentile in VARC)

CAT Slot 2 VARC 38 , DILR 32 and QA 13 Overall 83 . May I know the approximate list of colleges I stand a chance of getting into ? Because IIMs are not a possibility
