Is my OBC certificate valid if i have all my documents from Kolkata (birth certificate , aadhar etc ) and my STATE OBC certificate is from Bihar(Its not issued by centre ) since my community belongs to OBC community of Bihar as mentioned by the Centre's official Gazzet. Please reply. Please.
