Hey faculty of Cracku While giving mock or solving question I am facing a special type of problem i.e., I am not mentally present at the moment instead my mind lingers around past events that I am not proud of such as not scoring 90 perecntage in class 10,12 or sometime behaving absurdly with other person in past, which breaks my focus and I end up cursing and/or abusing myself hence which ultimately hamper my score and percentile which additionally lead to cursing or abusing myself even more or to some extent I start to physically hurt myself for poor performance both in past as well as for present, what should I do regarding the same cause this directly or Indirectly harming my scores, morale, mental health and physical health as well
