What should be an ideal overall score to get 95+ percentile? (can you tell me what was the score for 95+ percentile in 2020) ?

I am scoring in b/w 17-27 in VARC sectionals.
Tried these 3 strategies:
I) Attempting as max as possible (scored 17)
2) Go as slow as possible (100% accuracy: 24 marks)
3) Be dynamic and choose as per the difficulty; (20-27)

Currently I am scoring around 15-20 in CRACKU VARC sectionals. Is it very low? Is it possible to score 30 in real CAT?

in ques 17 of varc sectional 6 why are we nt considering b as an ans because option d is giving an example supporting the passage?
