How to add work experience for SNAP exam. it says to put experience upto 31-05-2024. I may or may not leave my job before that and notice period is also subjective to discussion. So should I put experience considering I would not leave the job?

My 12th marksheet has 8 subjects in it (Class 12 CBSE). There is no marks mentioned for internally assessed subjects (Work experience, General studies & Physical education). There is no conversion mechanism mentioned by CBSE for the letter grades associated with these subjects. Should I omit them & find the aggregate percentage out of 500 marks?
