Anyone having issues in accessing videos in any where

Hi Cracku Team, In mocks while scrolling through questions, system hangs and it takes 3-4 minutes to recover while timer keeps on moving. It is very sad that despite multiple students are raising the same issue since last couple of weeks, still there in no improvement from your side. Please look into the issue immediately since exams are closed and multiple students are writing mocks.
