If total time taken in engine and tyres is 127.5 hours, then what is the difference (in hours) in time taken by frame and glass respectively?
Solution
Total time taken in engine and tyres (in %) = 40+11 = 51%
Now, difference in time taken by frame and glass (in %) =Â 22-8 = 14%
According to ques, $$51\% \equiv 127.5$$
=> $$14\% \equiv \frac{127.5}{51}\times14$$
= $$2.5\times14=35$$ hours
=> Ans - (D)
