Total time taken in engine and tyres (in %) = 40+11 = 51%
Now, difference in time taken by frame and glass (in %) = 22-8 = 14%
According to ques, $$51\% \equiv 127.5$$
=> $$14\% \equiv \frac{127.5}{51}\times14$$
