9*0.5 + 0.5 = 4.5 + 0.5 = 5

5*1 +1 = 5+1 =6

6*1.5 + 1.5 = 9+1.5 =10.5

10.5*2 + 2 = 21+2 = 23

23*2.5 + 2.5 = 57.5+2.5 = 60.

Option B is the right answer.
