Batsman 1 total runs in 7 matches = 42+51+9+78+63+20+12 = 275

Average of batsman 1 = $$\frac{275}{7}=39.30$$

Batsman 2 total runs in 7 matches = 30+22+91+76+84+11+7 = 321

Average of batsman 2 = $$\frac{321}{7}=45.90$$
