Solution

Recurring decimals can be expressed as fractions having 9 or multiples of 9 in some form.
0.6666.... can be expressed as 6/9
0.77777... can be expressed as 7/9
0.8888..... can be expressed as 8/9

Hence, 0.6666... + 0.77777.... + 0.8888.... = (6/9)+(7/9)+(8/9) = 21/9 = 7/3
