$$(7\times7)^3\div(49\times7)^3\times(2401)^2$$

$$=7^6\div7^9\times7^8.$$

$$=7^6\times\frac{1}{7^9}\times7^8.$$

$$=7^{14}\times\frac{1}{7^9}.$$

$$=7^{14-9}.$$

$$=7^5.$$

So, A is correct choice.
