Solution

$$(2/7+3/5)=(10+21)/35=31/35.$$

and $$(2/5+2/7)=(14+10)/35=24/35.$$

So,$$(2/7+3/5)÷(2/5+2/7)$$

$$=(31/35)÷(24/35)$$

$$=31/24.$$
