If the area of a circle is $$9\pi$$ sq. cm then its circumference is

Solution

$$\pi\ r^2=9\pi\ $$

$$r^2=9$$

r = 3

Circumference = $$2\pi\ r$$= $$2\pi\ \times\ 3=6\pi\ $$
