A shopkeeper sells two power banks for ₹ 960 each. On one he gains 20% and on the other he incurs a loss of 20%.
When SP of two things are same and if 1 is sold at x% profit and the other is sold at x% loss, then the overall Loss will be $$= \frac{x\times x}{100}$$
$$={20\times 20}{100}$$
$$=4\%$$
