Some triangles are rectangles.
All rectangles are squares.
Conclusions :
I. Some triangles are not rectangles.
II. No square is a circle.

Solution

It is given that some triangles are rectangles. It may happen that all rectangles are triangles. Hence, A is not necessarily true. Similarly, two is also not necessarily true. Hence, D is the correct answer.
