A sum of money at Simple Interest amounts to Rs.815 in 3 years and Rs.854 in 4 years. What is the sum?

Solution

1 year = 854 - 815 =39

for 1 yr Simple intrest=39

3 year SI = $$39\times 3$$ = 117

so = 815-117 = 698
