Solution
Total shares = 6,00,000
Original shares with Dhiraj = $$\frac{10}{100} \times 600000 = 60,000$$
If Chinmay offers to sell 15000 of his shares to Dhiraj,
=> Shares with Dhiraj = 60,000 + 15,000 = 75,000
