The correct option is C.
 If two lines has no solution then lines are parallel. 
 So, $$\frac{a_{1}}{a_{2}}$$ = $$\frac{b_{1}}{b_{2}}$$ $$\ne$$ $$\frac{c_{1}}{c_{2}}$$

          $$\Rightarrow$$ $$\frac{6}{15}$$ = $$\frac{-5}{k}$$

              k = -12.5
