If $$A = \frac{4\div8\times2}{3+14\div7}$$ and $$B = \frac{6\div2-4}{5\div15\times6}$$, then what is the value of A - B?

Solution

According to Question

$$A=\frac{4}{\frac{8}{3+\frac{14}{7}}}\times\ 2$$

$$A=\frac{0.5\times\ 2}{3+2}=\frac{1}{5}$$

$$B=\frac{6}{\frac{2}{\frac{5}{15}\times\ 6}}-4$$

$$B=\frac{3-4}{0.33\times\ 6}=-\frac{1}{2}$$

$$A-B\ =\ \frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{2}$$

$$A-B\ =\ \frac{2+5}{10}$$

$$A-B\ =\ \frac{7}{10}$$

Hence option C is the correct answer
