The total production of all types of vehicles in 2018 = 66 + 65 + 77 + 72 = 280

The total production of all types of vehicles in 2015 = 53 + 58 + 66 + 73 = 250

Required percentage = $$\frac{280-250}{250}\times\ 100$$

= $$\frac{30}{250}\times\ 100$$
