Price of gold in 2010 ($$^\circ$$) = 45
Price of gold in 2013 ($$^\circ$$) = 135
=> Required ratio = $$\frac{45}{135}=\frac{1}{3}$$
$$\therefore$$ The ratio of the price of gold in the two years 2010 and 2013 = 1 : 3
