If the mathematical operator '+' means 'x' , '÷' means '—' ,'-'means '÷' and 'x' means '+', find the value of 1 + 2 x 6 - 2 ÷ 7

Solution

After rearrangement,

1x 2 + 6 ÷ 2 - 7

=1 x 2 + 3 - 7

=2+3 - 7

=5-7

=-2.

B is correct choice.
