Total number of units manufactured per year (in thousands) = 350 + 375 + 300 + 450 + 420 = 1895
=> Required average = $$\frac{1895}{5}\times1000=379,000$$
Thus, year in which number of units sold = $$379,000-19,000=360,000$$ = 2017
